Ramnavami Haridham India

Ramnavami is the birthday of Lord Swaminarayan. Therefore, all Swaminarayan Sect celebrates this day with joy and happiness. Haridham ashram along with devotees celebrated Ramnavami with joy and happiness. In the morning after completion of Mahapooja, Guruhari Swami Shree and Haribhakto did poojan of Shree Thakorji. After the Poojan Vidhi, a Sabha was organized,in which Guruhari Swami Shree described the glory of Lord Swaminarayan. In the divine presence of Guruhari Swami Shree, a Kirtan Aaradhana was organized in the temple for around two hrs in the night. At 10.10 pm (birth time of Lord Swaminarayan) Aarti was performed. Then Lalji was offered Thaal i.e. Sweet, Milk etc. Then everybody took prasad of Panchajiri and dispersed.

Vakta Karyakarta Shibir

Every year Guruhari Swamishri organises Vakta Karyakarta Shibir. This year on 13th of April, Guruhari Swami Shree organised a small seminar in which Karyakarta from all part of the Gujarat reported their local activity. Inspirational episodes of local devotees were shared . Plans for youths during the Atmiya Amrut Mahotsav 2009 were also discussed. Guruhari Swami Shree was very pleased to hear the progress reports from the Karyakartas, He also urged them to be more active for the Atmiya Amrut Mahotsav 2009.

Karjan Sabha

P. Dharmakishore Swami, pradeshik saint of Sarvatit Pradesh, had organized a youth seminar, on 10th April in Karjan village near Vadodara . Around 2,000 Youths and Haribhakto had gathered to take part in the Sabha. P. Dharmakishore Swami, P. Bhaktipriya Swami and Guruhari Swami Shree blessed the youths.

Bhavnagar

Haribhakto of Bhavnagar village invited Guruhari Swami Shree to come to Bhavnagar and bless them. P. Hariprakash Swami, the Pradeshi Saint had also requested Guruhari Swami Shree. Guruhari Swami Shree performed darshan at the Swaminarayan Temple. Guruhari Swami Shree met santo and asked for blessings. During the evening sabha, youths and VIPs of Bhavnagar welcomed Guruhari Swamshree. MLA of Bhavnagar garlanded Guruhari Swami Shree. Guruhari Swami Shree blessed the youths & haribhakto. Swami Shree advised the youths to keep the good company of God-ordained saints. He also invited all of them to the Atmiya Amrut Mahotsav 2009.

Sanadi

Sanadi, was one of those fortunate villages, which had the privilege to welcome Guruhari Swami Shree on 7th of April. Organizers of Parth Education Trust, Lathidad had organized a small youth convention and gathering of villagers in the school play ground. The trustees and the villagers present welcomed Guruhari Swami Shree and Saints. They offered garland and flowers. Children from Shri Hari Chhatralay, Sanadi had performed folk dance i.e. Raas in the holy service of saints. Guruhari Swami Shree met the youths & villagers and blessed them. Swami Shree also invited all of them to the Atmiya Amrut Mahotsav 2009.

Jasdan Sabha

During the holy journey of Saurashtra, devotees of Jasdan Village invited Guruhari Swami Shree to Jasdan for a Youth Sabha . Swami Shree presided the Sabha for youths and devotees of Jasdan village in the evening. Youth’s contribution forms a major part of Atmiya Amrut Mahotsav to be celebrated in the year 2009. Guruhari Swami Shree blessed the youths, devotees & VIPs and invited all of them to come to Vadodara and participate in the Atmiya Amrut Mahotsav.

Gurukul,Lathidad

P. Shantiprasad Swami, from Lathidad village, near Samadhiyala, is running a Gurukul by the name Shri Siddhanand Ashram in Lathidad. Around 200 students are studying in primary and secondary school level. On 7th April, Guruhari Swami Shree visited the Gurukul. Guruhari Swami Shree advised the students to keep good company, pray everyday, chant the name of the God everyday, and to obey their elders. He then blessed the students of the Gurukul.

Samadhiyala

Samadhiyala, near Botad city, Dist. Bhavnagar, is one of our centers for Spiritual & Cultural Activities. It is conducted by P. Nirmal Swami. On the 6th of April, a small function was organized by. P. Nirmal Swami at Samadhiyala. Saints from nearby place like Lathidad, Panchala, Kariyani, Botad, Sarangpur took part in the function. The purpose of the function was to raise the social and spiritual awareness among the saints and satsangies present. All those present received blessings from P. Nirmal Swami and Guruhari Swamishree

Narayanghat, Sarangpur

Guruhari Swami Shree performed darshan of Shree Narayan Ghat at Sarangpur, this is the place which is sanctified by Lord Swaminarayan. Swamishree’s guru Guruhari Yogiji Maharaj regularly visited this divine location. As a symbolic gesture of taking blessings from his Guru, Swamishree poured the holy water of NarayanGhat on his head. He then, used the water to bless all the Mukto present there. Swamishree shared some nostalgic moments with the accompanying saints and mukto.
