1. Where and when will the shibir be held?
   

   The shibir will be held from Thursday, August 6th to Sunday, August 9th 2009 at The Friar Tuck Inn in Catskill Mountains of Hudson Valley in New York. The website of the resort is http://www.friartuck.com/.

2. What date and time will the shibir start and end?
   

   The welcome session of the shibir will on Thursday, August 6th at 9.00 AM. The last session of the shibir will be on Sunday, August 9th 2009 and will end at 12 Noon.

3. What is the earliest I can check in?
   

   You can check-in earliest on Wednesday, August 5th 2009 by 4.00 PM.

4. Who can attend the shibir?
   

   The shibir is open to all members of Yogi Divine Society and their friends and families.

5. What is the fee for the shibir?
   
   

   Age	Fees
   < 5 years old. Born after July 31st 2004.	Free
   5 - 11 Years old. Born before July 31st 2004 and after July 31st 1998.	$125
   11 - 21 years old. Born before July 31st 1998 and after July 31st 1988.	$175
   Above 21 years old. Born before July 31st 1988.	$225

   
   
   
6. Is the fee the same if I attend for one day, two days or three days?
   

   Yes. The fee is same irrespective of the number of days you attend.

7. Where do I register and pay for the shibir?
   

   You can register and pay for the event on www.yds.org. The registration will begin on Friday, June 5th 2009.

8. What are the methods of payment?
   

   You can make payments online using credit card (Master Card and Visa Card).
   Alternatively, you can write a check with your registration number (Which you will get once you complete the registration form online) to Yogi Divine Society of NJ Inc. and mail it to the following address:

9. Will my fees be refunded if I cancel?
   

   Fees are refundable.

10. How do I cancel my shibir registration? Do I get a refund?
    

    Please fax a request in writing to 973-334-7213 or send a written request in writing to the mandir address. We will process your refund and mail it to you in 15 days.

11. If I am coming by air, will there be transportation facility available?
    

    Transportation will be provided only from Albany (New York State) Airport. Airport Code: ALB. Please provide travel information by filling in the form available here.

    Note: If you are coming via any other airport, you will have to make your own arrangements.

12. Can I register and/or make payment on the day itself?
    

    We will strictly not allow registrations on the day of the shibir itself.
